For Quality-Related Issues

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will provide a free replacement or full refund
Please contact us with clear photos or videos showing the issue

For Non-Quality-Related Returns

Returns due to personal preference or other non-defect reasons are accepted within 30 days
A $35 return shipping fee will apply
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected
