1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed and shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after order confirmation.

  • Orders during peak seasons or promotions may take longer to process
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (warehouse local time) may be processed the next business day
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships

2. Shipping Locations & Warehouses

All products are shipped from U.S.-based warehouses, including:

  • West Coast
  • South Central
  • East Coast

Orders are automatically routed to the nearest warehouse based on inventory and delivery address to ensure faster shipping. Currently, we only ship within the United States.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

United States

  • Free standard shipping on eligible orders
  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
  • Delivery times may vary due to distance, weather, or carrier operations
  • Expedited shipping (if available) is calculated at checkout

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Carrier selection depends on location, product size, and fulfillment center.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping available within the United States only
  • Delivery to most residential and commercial addresses
  • No P.O. Box delivery for oversized items
  • No APO/FPO shipping at this time

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping details.

If your package is lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for assistance.

8. Incorrect Address Policy

  • Customers are responsible for accurate shipping information
  • Orders may not be modified once shipped
  • Additional reshipping fees may apply

9. Damaged Packages

  • Take clear photos of the damaged package and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

10. Split Shipments

Large or multi-item orders may ship separately. Each shipment will have its own tracking number.
